Unless otherwise specifically permitted by SOLITECK, Users must be at least 18 years of age.

Where a Service requires registration, verification, or KYC, the User must provide the information and documents requested by SOLITECK.

SOLITECK reserves the right to accept, reject, restrict, or suspend an application or account where the information or documentation provided is incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, unverifiable, or otherwise does not satisfy applicable requirements.

Certain Services may be available only to eligible Registered Users, Retailers, or Business Partners.

5. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

Users may be required to register using a valid mobile number, email address, or other information specified by SOLITECK.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and subsequently whenever requested.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

SOLITECK may require additional information or documents for verification, security, compliance, fraud prevention, or continued access to specific Services.

6. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Your registered mobile number, username, password, PIN, OTP, and other authentication credentials must be kept confidential.

You must not share your password, PIN, OTP, or authentication credentials with any person.

SOLITECK will never intentionally request your password or OTP for purposes unrelated to authorized authentication or transaction processing.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device, SIM card, email account, and credentials used to access your SOLITECK account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, loss of credentials, fraudulent activity, or compromise of your account, you must immediately contact SOLITECK through the official support channels.

SOLITECK may temporarily suspend access to an account where it reasonably believes that the account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently or unlawfully.

7. SERVICES

SOLITECK may provide or facilitate access to utility and digital payment services available through the Platform.

Services may include, without limitation: electricity bill payment; gas bill payment; FASTag-related services; mobile recharge; DTH recharge; other utility payments; and other digital services made available from time to time.

SOLITECK reserves the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service, feature, biller, or transaction facility.

Availability of a Service does not constitute a guarantee that the Service will remain available at all times.

Certain Services may depend upon third-party billers, payment service providers, network operators, or other service providers.

8. UTILITY BILL PAYMENT

The User is responsible for selecting the correct biller and providing accurate consumer or account information.

Before completing a payment, the User should carefully verify the biller name, consumer number or account number, customer name where displayed, bill amount, payment amount, applicable charges, and other transaction details.

Once a payment request has been submitted and processed, cancellation may not be possible, particularly where the transaction has been successfully confirmed by the relevant biller.

SOLITECK shall not be responsible for errors caused solely by incorrect information entered or submitted by the User.

Where the biller or service provider does not provide sufficient information for verification, the User remains responsible for confirming the details before completing the transaction.

9. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers or other authorized payment infrastructure.

SOLITECK may not directly control the processing time, availability, or technical functioning of such third-party systems.

A payment being initiated does not necessarily mean that the underlying bill payment or recharge has been successfully completed.

Users should rely on the final transaction status displayed by the Platform and/or confirmation received from the applicable biller or service provider.

Users should retain the Transaction ID and payment receipt for future reference.

10. TRANSACTION STATUS

A transaction may generally have one of the following statuses: Successful, Failed, Pending, or Reversed.

Successful means the payment has been successfully processed and confirmed by the relevant system or service provider.

Failed means the payment could not be successfully processed.

Pending means the final status has not yet been received or confirmed.

Reversed means a previously initiated transaction has been reversed by the payment system, payment service provider, biller, or other relevant service provider.

The actual terminology displayed on the Platform may vary depending on the Service and underlying service provider.

11. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

Where a transaction fails and the User's account has been debited, SOLITECK may initiate or facilitate the applicable reversal or refund process.

The processing time for reversal or refund may depend upon the payment service provider, bank, biller, or other relevant system.

A transaction shall not be treated as successfully completed merely because the User's bank account has initially been debited.

Users should not make repeated payments for the same bill while an earlier transaction remains pending unless they have verified the status and understand the risk of duplicate payment.

12. PENDING TRANSACTIONS

Where the status of a Transaction is pending, SOLITECK may wait for confirmation from the relevant payment or biller system.

Users should avoid initiating a duplicate transaction for the same bill while the earlier transaction remains pending unless advised otherwise.

The final outcome of a pending transaction may be successful, failed, or reversed depending upon confirmation received from the applicable system.

13. REVERSED TRANSACTIONS

If a transaction is reversed by the applicable payment system, bank, biller, or service provider, the corresponding amount may be returned through the applicable payment mechanism.

The time required for a reversal may vary depending on the parties and systems involved.

SOLITECK may assist the User in tracking the reversal where sufficient transaction information is available.

14. DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Users are responsible for checking their transaction history before initiating a second payment for the same bill.

Where a duplicate payment occurs, SOLITECK may verify the transaction details and, where applicable, facilitate a refund or reversal in accordance with the applicable biller, bank, payment system, or service provider rules.

Refund eligibility and processing may depend on the underlying service provider and transaction status.

15. INCORRECT CONSUMER OR BILLER DETAILS

Users are solely responsible for entering correct consumer numbers, account numbers, biller details, and other transaction information.

Where a User enters incorrect information and the transaction is successfully processed, SOLITECK may not be able to cancel, reverse, or recover the payment.

Any attempt to recover such amount shall be subject to the cooperation and policies of the relevant biller, bank, payment service provider, or other applicable party.

16. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Successfully completed utility bill payments, recharges, and other transactions may not be cancellable after confirmation by the relevant biller or service provider.

Refunds may be applicable in cases such as failed transactions where the amount was debited; eligible duplicate transactions; reversed transactions; transactions where a refund is required by the applicable service provider or payment system; and other cases specifically approved by SOLITECK.

Refunds shall be processed through the applicable payment mechanism and may be subject to verification.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon the bank, payment service provider, biller, and other parties involved.

SOLITECK shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.

Users may be required to provide the Transaction ID, payment reference, date, amount, and other information for investigation of a refund request.

SOLITECK may reject a refund request where the transaction was successfully completed and there is no applicable basis for cancellation or refund.

17. SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES

SOLITECK may charge applicable service fees, convenience fees, processing fees, or other charges for certain Services.

Applicable charges shall be displayed or communicated to the User before or during the relevant transaction, wherever technically and commercially applicable.

Applicable taxes may be charged in addition to the stated service charges.

SOLITECK may modify its charges from time to time subject to applicable laws, contractual arrangements, and regulatory requirements.

18. KYC AND USER VERIFICATION

“KYC” means Know Your Customer and refers to applicable identification, verification, and due-diligence requirements under applicable laws, regulations, regulatory directions, and requirements of relevant service providers.

SOLITECK may collect and verify identification and other information where required for registration, account activation, service eligibility, transaction processing, fraud prevention, security, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

SOLITECK may request additional documents or information at any time where reasonably required.

Users agree to provide accurate and authentic documents and information.

Providing false, forged, altered, or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of the account and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.

SOLITECK may restrict or discontinue access to applicable Services where required verification is not completed or information provided cannot be satisfactorily verified.

19. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree to provide accurate information; maintain account security; use the Platform only for lawful purposes; verify transaction information before payment; keep transaction receipts and references; promptly report unauthorized transactions; cooperate with reasonable verification or investigation requests; comply with applicable laws and regulations; and not misuse the Platform or Services.

20. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users must not impersonate another person or entity; provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information; access another User’s account without authorization; use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities; attempt to circumvent security controls; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without authorization; use bots or automated systems without permission; introduce malicious code; interfere with Platform infrastructure; collect personal information without authorization; manipulate transaction status or payment records; use stolen or unauthorized payment instruments; sell or commercially exploit the Platform without authorization; or use the Platform in violation of applicable law or regulatory requirements.

21. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Certain Services may depend upon third-party billers, banks, payment service providers, telecom operators, FASTag providers, or other external service providers.

SOLITECK does not control the independent operations, systems, policies, or service availability of such third parties.

Service availability, transaction processing, refund timelines, and other matters may therefore depend upon third-party systems.

SOLITECK may assist Users in resolving transaction-related issues where reasonably possible but cannot guarantee the actions or timelines of third-party service providers.

22. TRANSACTION RECORDS

SOLITECK may maintain electronic records of transactions, account activity, and other relevant information in accordance with its policies and applicable requirements.

Users should retain receipts, transaction references, screenshots, or other relevant evidence where required.

In case of a dispute, the Transaction ID and other transaction records may be used for verification and investigation.

23. COMMUNICATION

SOLITECK may communicate with Users through registered mobile numbers, email, SMS, notifications, application messages, or other available communication channels.

Communications may include transaction alerts, payment confirmations, service updates, security alerts, account-related communications, support communications, and policy updates.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details remain accurate and accessible.

24. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

SOLITECK respects the privacy of its Users and processes personal information in accordance with its applicable Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, Users acknowledge that personal information may be collected, processed, stored, and shared as necessary for providing Services, processing transactions, preventing fraud, maintaining security, complying with applicable law, and fulfilling legitimate business purposes.

Where third-party service providers are required to process a transaction, relevant information may be shared with such parties to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

Users should read the SOLITECK Privacy Policy for further information regarding the collection and processing of personal information.

25. COOKIES AND TECHNOLOGIES

SOLITECK may use cookies, logs, analytics tools, and similar technologies to improve Platform functionality, security, and user experience.

The use of cookies and related technologies shall be governed by the applicable Privacy Policy and cookie settings made available on the Platform.

26. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its underlying technology, software, source code, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, content, interfaces, APIs, databases, documentation, and other proprietary materials belong to SOLITECK or its respective licensors.

Users must immediately notify SOLITECK of suspected security vulnerabilities, unauthorized account access, or suspicious activity.

28. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

SOLITECK aims to maintain reasonable availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Services may become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical failures, network failures, payment service provider issues, bank or system outages, biller outages, internet connectivity issues, cybersecurity incidents, regulatory requirements, or force majeure events.

SOLITECK may temporarily suspend Services where necessary to protect Users, the Platform, or third-party systems.

29. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

SOLITECK may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account or Service where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, the account is being misused, false information has been provided, security is at risk, applicable law or regulatory requirements require such action, or a third-party service provider has requested or required such action.

SOLITECK may take immediate action where necessary to prevent fraud, security incidents, or unlawful activity.

Where required by law, SOLITECK may cooperate with law-enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Upon termination, the User must cease using the relevant Services.

30. CONSEQUENCES OF TERMINATION

Termination or suspension of an account does not automatically extinguish obligations or liabilities that arose before termination.

Provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other provisions that by their nature should survive shall continue after termination.

SOLITECK’s liability, where legally applicable, shall be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and shall take into account the nature of the Service and the amount actually paid by the User for the relevant transaction.
