To establish a standardized, transparent, and efficient procedure for merchants (channel partners) with Soliteck, ensuring compliance, profitability, and sustainable growth in merchant network. This policy ensures that all merchants amount is settled with clear terms, support, and measurable performance criteria, minimizing risk and maximizing revenue.

This policy applies to all prospective merchants (small shops, kirana stores, retailers, enterprises) who wish to provide Soliteck services (e.g. digital payment solutions, POS machines, micro‑ATM, recharges, bill payments, etc.).

The Channel Partners shall be entitled to commission, which shall be adjusted on a daily, monthly, or transaction basis, for the provision of the Services at a rate to be intimated by Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. from time to time through its portal. This may be by way of credit to the Working Capital, or the Channel Partners may deduct the commission due to them prior to depositing the proceeds of a transaction in the Current Account.
The Channel Partners shall be regularly updated on the rates of commission through the Portal. Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd., at its sole discretion, shall decide the sharing of Gross Margin with the Channel Partners and its decision shall be final. It is presumed that the Channel Partners have agreed to such commission/margin before the transaction. Any dispute in this regard will not be admissible by Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd.

All prices, charges, fees, and discounts for all Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. Services shall be determined, and may from time to time be revised, by Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. at its sole discretion.
The Channel Partners shall not collect cash from the customers by offering discounts on the Services which do not have the sanction of Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. The Channel Partners shall also not provide any incentives, subsidies, or perform any act/omission that has the effect of providing unauthorized incentives or subsidies on the Services. The Channel Partners acknowledge that Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. has the right to alter the prices or nullify any sales that have been entered in the portal.

All current and/or future taxes or similar fees including, without limitation, GST, value-added tax, service tax, and other local or municipal taxes shall be payable by the Channel Partners. Such amounts shall not be retained by the Channel Partners while retaining their commission. Payments made to the Channel Partners shall be subject to such withholdings as prescribed under applicable law. Subject to the aforesaid, Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. assumes no responsibility for the tax compliance of the Channel Partners.

All costs and expenses for operation of the Soliteck Digisolutions Pvt. Ltd. Kiosk, including but not limited to electricity, telephone, staff salary, traveling, promotional activities, and other similar out-of-pocket expenses incurred in the performance of the Services, shall be borne by the Channel Partners.
